Founded in 1961 by arch. Gian Paolo Mar, Studio Architetto Mar can boasts more than 50 years of experience, during which has specialised in the drafting of numerous important instrument for territorial and urban planning particularly in Friuli and Belluno areas, including Moè di Laste reconstruction; tourist residences and villages for mountain, tourist port, Venetian coastline and Garda Lake; private and public residential buildings; building for production work, commercial and sports activities, executive and schools; hospital; airport structures including main works particularly in Venetian area; restoration of building, monument and Venetians villas directed towards to private houses, offices and state agency; furnishings and interior architecture for fitting out, decoration and interior design of private houses, hotels, shops, banks, restaurants in Italy and abroad. The Studio is currently organised and administrated by his daughters Giovanna – architect and technical and planning manager - and Paola – administrative manager –and employs about 25 people including g associates and staff, who are mainly architects. It can assist his client in main works from urban planning to certificate of habitability and be not only an architectonic designer, but also the only one interlocutor and coordinator of different planning (structural, plant engineering) and various consultants.
